The rooms were amazingly clean and big. We had 2 rooms for our family and the dog. The staff was super nice, especially the afternoon staff who just seemed very happy…..this was truly one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at and we travel multiple times a year. The breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast. I love that they still have bar soap for guests as most have changed to liquid which is not ideal for washing your face…..over all we were super happy with our stay and plan on staying here again since we have family that lives 10 minutes away

Your desk staff are very professional and kind. I am moving to Tyler and will definitely use this hotel when family comes to stay.

The property was in a nice location. There is a lot of shopping stores around. The hotel was cleaned upon arrival. The room did have like a wet smell to it when entered, maybe the carpet just needed shampooed. The check in guy Teff was awesome, kind and friendly. He made sure all of our needs was met. Overall the hotel is a nice and clean place to stay at. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

We were staying to be with family in nearby hospital and had to extend our stay twice. Even though it was a holiday weekend, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We were there for a family trip. Not a happy family trip. And all of the staff and everyone were so so so friendly. And answered all of our questions. And we never had to ask more than once.

Our stay was perfect. Continental breakfast was amazing and an added bonus for our family. It saved us from having to spend additional money on one meal a day.

It was nice. A lot of kids making noise in hall until about 11:00...But room was nice. Shower curtain was a little short for the shower as it was the walk in type with no step over...so the floor will get wet and be slippery and I felt I had to clean it up.

The young man that greeted us and signed us in was a DELIGHT! Clean, comfortable, hot breakfast included that was actually GOOD, friendly staff, and pet-friendly without breaking the bank. We will be visiting family assisted living often, almost monthly, and will DEFINITELY be going back to this location every time.

Our stay was awesome. The man checking us in was very cuteous and patient. Vida or Vita is awesome! She treated us so kindly and interacted with the children. The eggs are awesome! We stayed at Holiday Inn express the next night in wetherford and the people were not as friendly and the breakfast was disappointing after staying at the la quinta. The room was clean and spacious. We have stayed at 7 different gotels this year, and this was the best. I would stay there again!
