Very disappointed that the staff did not notify me in advance that the pool was not functioning (NO HEAT). I chose the location because I put up 11 people, with 7 youngsters that were looking forward to the pool.

Sister and I felt very safe and welcomed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No problem with checking in and out even when asking for another day due to airline problems. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. Close to shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend it for travelers and families.

The pool was way to warm and the chlorine was extremely strong. The kids were complaining about their eyes and two has asthma and had a hard time breathing afterwards. The pool literally spoiled our trip. The chlorine was so strong it bleach their swimwear and my son hair was bleached as well.

A nice hotel with a few small inconveniences. Bathroom was a little dirty and the fridge was plugged in and ticking like a clock. Had to unplug it to get to sleep. Breakfast was very good. And we were allowed to use the dining facility to watch some tv with family and play some games.
Overall a satisfactory stay.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was great. The only bad thing was the experience of guests at the hotel. I took my young son who was 9 to the pool to swim. Once the other families with kids left a group of adults came in. The women had their ass hanging out of their swim suit bottoms, their top only covering their nipples, one was vaping in the hot tub, they brought in alcoholic drinks and loud music. I had to remove my son who was so upset he didn't get to swim long because of these idiot adults who were not told to stop by the staff. So upset i spent all this money for a group to ruin it for my sons birthday night at a hotel to swim.

When visiting family in Tyler, Tx, we try to stay at Comfort Suites Tyler South! The Suites are near great shopping and restaurants - and of course, my family. We especially give a 'shout out' to the Breakfast Host - I believe his name is Danny. Very friendly and helpful and engaging and always to keep the hot foods, fresh and hot!

The room was very clean staff were nice and helpful. The food at breakfast was okay but not great. The indoor pool was great and very family friendly. The room was very nice sized for a family trip. Over all we had a great experience. 👍 The zoo was not far.

The check-in staff was a little rude. The room was small, and seemed clean, but there was almost no toilet paper/tissues which made me think they turned the room over too quickly between guests. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the pullout sofa bed didn’t have sheets, and the front desk never answered. The parking lot was overly crowded and we had to get permission to park in a different lot. The pool was loaded at all times with 15 + kids, completely unattended by any adults, and the pool and surrounding areas were filthy. All of the trash receptacles in and outside the hotel were overflowing. The other guests were extremely loud all through the night. I’m glad we only stayed the one night!

The room was a great size. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. The furnishings were updated and in good condition and the beds were comfortable.
