I used the Hotels.com app for the first time. I had seen their advertisement on T.V. and I figured that I would check it out. Turns out that I found that the app is easy to navigate, and am able to look at reviews that prior customers. I found the hotel to be clean other than the elevators. I don't pin this point on the hotel, but I blame it on parents by allowing their children to get out of the pool then walk in to the hotel with wet clothes dripping water on the elevator and floors. All in all, we had a great time and experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the ATT Stadium was 4 minutes from the hotel, hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast food was great, having plenty options of food to chose from. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel has an outside pool which is nice for kids.

Room was clean and spacious enough for my family of 6. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wish they had a waffle or pancake maker for breakfast and the last day we ledt we had no hot water.

Worst hotel vist for me and my family. The hotel had no hot water, the bathroom door didn't close and the staff said the water was just fixed every hr for 12 hrs. Had to worm water in microwave to give kids baths.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly however our room was not acceptable to be rented out. Missing Tv, broken curtains, broken light fixtures with wires and sharp edges exposed, broken and MILDEWED fridge. Explained condition ls too management and they did offer $50 refund. Full refund would have been more appropriate considering I loss all the baby formula I brought due to lack of refrigeration.

Not worth your money. You would think being right next to Hurricane Harbor it would be a family atmosphere but its not. When we got into our room, the door for the ajointed room would not lock. After about 30 minutes we were able to manuever it so it would lock. The walls are so thin that you can hear all the noise next door. And they were having a party ALL NIGHT. They were so loud. We physically went to the front desk to inform them and nothing was done. Called on the phone again and nothing was done. Oh and also my husband was bitten by either fleas or bed bugs. Additional charge on my bill for 6 bucks for "data usage". Not worth it. Never again. stay elsewhere.

We booked two rooms for family. But we were put on two separate floors. I went through Hotels.com to order both hotel rooms on my account and on my credit card. I was not allowed to get the key and let my grandchildren into the room. My daughter had to call the hotel ( they never asked her to verify who she was) and say let my mom have the room key to let my kids in the room.
Our room 218 had a broken A/C. it had leaked all over the floor and the only thing the hotel did was hand me towels to soak up the floor. We went all night without A/C with small children and one has asthma. Then to top it off the site states "free buffet and hot breakfast" they had 3 cereals and a bagel to choose from. nothing hot and not a buffet. I requested to speak to a manager and was told he wasn't there and would be busy till Tuesday. No one ever tried to call me. They tried to tell me I needed download marriot.com and they would give me some points for my compensation. I requested a refund for one room (no A/C) the hotel has refused. The manager won't even talk to to me after I have called three times. I'm told he is too busy.

Our 3 day stay was great. It was perfect location for a Rangers game on Friday and Hurricane Harbor on Saturday. Both in walking distance so it was great for my family.

First of all, when I made my reservation I specifically chose a room that I was going to need. I went on ahead and paid for it at booking just to save us trouble on not getting it. When i come to check in, that room that i had reserved and paid for ahead of time was not available. They gave me a king with a pullout couch and it was just a very huge inconvenience. We go outside to our vehicle and were parked by the pool, you have a lady in the pool rolling something up to smoke. I just didn't feel safe nor my kids so they were not allowed to walk around like they normally would. I would really want my money back this was a huge fail for me.

It was absolutely filthy. Stains all over the furniture, bed bug stains on the sheets, like they never change them the dirt that was caked in between the sheets was horrifying. I would give negative stars if I could. The ac didn’t work it was humid in the room. I wouldn’t even let my toddler sit down.
