The hotel was clean, the check in staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, but only one elevator was functioning (the one operating was utilized by guests, staff, and the housekeeping crew). We used the stairs on multiple occasions due to the wait-time: we stayed on the 4th floor). I reserved 5 rooms for a family outing. Prior to arrival, I called to ask about parking and if our rooms could all be together. I was placed on a “brief” hold because another phone was ringing. I gave up after 14 minutes.

Loud, rude party in too next to ours. Called desk at 4:15……. They stopped & moved into hall & room across, continued partying Called desk again at 5:20…… they should have taken care of this..My family got very little rest… not offered any comp

The lobby was very beautiful and welcoming very clean the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean we live the full glass shower. As for location it’s just down the road from Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags is just in the other side of the interstate plus both stadiums are very close. Thinking of coming back in July for a family trip to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I WILL NEVER stay here again. My family and I felt very unsafe at this hotel. The elevator was out one entire day and part of the next....before we left. We were on the 4th Floor and had to climb stairs if we wanted to go anywhere. So frustrating. The pool was disgusting and VERY SMALL. I was afraid for my kids to swim in it because it was dirty and very cloudy. Overall, it was a bad experience and we will never stay here again. BEWARE!!!

We like everything about the hotel only downfall is the hot tub was closed and the water and the hot tub looks really nasty. Pool was clean kids love the pool early there was a very helpful rooms were extremely nice next to a restaurant where you can walk next door and get a drink if you want and take it back to the hotel because drinks are the hotel are pricey so that's perfect for adults definitely stay here many more times.

The staff very friendly and helpful, the room was ok what I disliked about it was the spiderweb above the TV, the iron was crappy it didnt get as hot as it should have and the fridge didnt keep anything cool I only put two small juices in it for my kids and the next day they felt just as warm as if I left them out.
