Traveling with family and booked a room for 3 through Expedia. I selected a room with 2 queen beds. We drove to Arlington from Houston for an event and arrived in just enough time to freshen up and change. Once we got to the room I noticed there was only one bed and it was not what I booked. I went back to the front desk and notified them of the error and after looking at my reservation I was informed that because I booked through Expedia I was only guaranteed a room and not necessarily the room I selected. When I explained to her that’s not how it works I was met with a blank stare and told there were no rooms with two beds left. I then called Expedia and they offered to find me another hotel but I didn’t have time to play musical rooms because I had somewhere to be. There was no manger on duty and the best they could do was send me an inflatable bed and offer me $20 gift card to the bar. Due to the time constraints I took the inflatable which was dropped off without any linens. That evening when we arrived back from our outing we blew up the bed which took up the remaining walking space in our room. Nice little inconveniences all around.

We were in town overnight to visit family. This was a great place for convenience but having the bar in the lobby and all the different seating and games, including a small pool table, was a lot of fun. Ages 1 year to 73 had a good time for all. Very trendy and I liked it. Comfy bed and pillows. View overlooked the highways and 6 Flags, which we liked. Windows are good so no road noise from the highways. I would stay again.

Overall very disappointing….especially considering it belongs to Marriott family of hotels. Room was dirty, there was existing water seeping through the floor too. Switched rooms and same problems. Unbelievable that they ran out of hand soap for the washrooms, so I had to climb into the shower each time to grab some body wash. Area rug was dingy and disgusting. The only bright spot was the gentleman on the afternoon shift names Ethan. He tried to rectify things the best he could, but not his fault.
