Holiday Inn Arlington NE-Rangers Ballpark, an IHG Hotel

Shilo in the restaurant was the best! She even offers great advice for places to go and see. She is very wonderful! Thankyou from the Manley family.

Great place to stay with family

Usually stay here when visiting family and its always and excellent stay. The staff is always polite and helpful with any needs. I'll always stay here as long as I have fanily in the area.

Worst Hotel stay I have ever had in my entire life!!! The a/c in the lobby was broken and you could smell the mold growth. My card didn’t work to open the pool/gym. The lady seemed to know exactly why and had to come manually let us in. I was getting out of the shower grabbed a towel and noticed a giant brown stain moving towards my face until I screamed and dropped the towel!!! Gross! Breakfast was not self-serve and I paid for it but couldn’t use it! The shower head was partially broken and it freaked my kid out. They could not provide me with a receipt as I left due to technical issues… Customer service wasn’t great either.. I am sure that there were a ton of other issues that I am forgetting!! When I brought it to their attention they said reach out to Hotels.com they would fix the issue but ther was nothing he could do.

Only complaint is on some other guest letting their kids run and jump and splash people in the hot tub other then that everything was great

The hotel did not have my reservation for adjoining rooms although it was listed on both rooms. They had to give us two rooms down the hall from each other. When we finally got checked in, we took the kids down to the pool. There was a baseball team staying at the hotel and they were at the pool. The Coach was outside on the patio listening to music and drinking beer with some women. The kids had no manners and were making it difficult to enjoy the pool because they were throwing balls at each other and running all over the pool area because of the lack of supervision. The coach finally came in but he brought his boom box with him and started blaring music. He gave the kids chips and drinks, which they proceeded to eat in the pool. I asked them to clean up the chips they spit out and not to eat in the pool. They did pick up some chips they threw down on the floor but took the pringles can they were eating from and stayed waking it out in the pool. We alerted the staff at the hotel. Nothing was done about the kids in the pool regardless of the sign that says no food or drinks in the pool area. It really ruined our ability to enjoy our stay.

Excellent Hotel, clean, great location, helpful staff, bed was pretty stiff but other than that and the small children running around & screaming at 8am and waking me up everything was great. I would stay there again

Hotel was easy to get in and out off. Perfectly located for our places trips to the ballfield and hurricane harbor. Check in was a breeze. Room was pretty confortable, wish they had smart tvs but it was hilarious watching my kids try to figure out how to change channels. Downside, the bathroom floor was falling apart. There was busted pieces of grout everywhere. The bathroom was dirty with hair still on the floors in corners. We went to the pool area but there is zero ventilation in that area. We found stuff left behind from previous occupants. Pricewise and confort it was fine for our trip but I wont be returning with my family.
