Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

This was the most horrible experience I have EVER had & I’ve been traveling for years. At check in, the lobby was full of people upset. I quickly understood why. The young man working was kind but that’s the ONLY thing good. Checked in for 1 night stay. Upon getting to the room - it was not what I booked and ended up being a handicap room. EVERYTHING was disgusting. The pull out couch has GROSS white stains on the sides of it + tons of food crumbs. The wall shelf with a mirror had not been cleaned / dusted in I bet 6+ months. It was THICK in the corners with dust, dirt, and crumbs. The shower was FULL of pubic hair, so bad I had to go get stuff to clean it MYSELF before my kids could even shower. There was no bedding for the pull out couch and I was told “there were no more clean pillows in the building.” How do you advertise a room sleeps 5 if you do not have the proper bedding availability to SLEEP 5! I do not care if was even a sold out night, as a hotel, you should expect that AND BE PREPARED. The orange accent chair in the room was DISGUSTING! It has white smear stains on the seat (don’t even want to think about it) and BROWN marks towards the back & STUNK. The bedding had stains/ink marks. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I asked for a refund and was told I “couldn’t be helped.” When I received an email from Courtney (GM) she said she could not refund me because “the room was used.” You bet, used by SOMEONE ELSE and not cleaned!!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet, clean, and I like the fact that it's a small place. Just what my family needed for the weekend.

This property is a hidden jewel. I live in the area and had a water emergency so I selected this location. Felt like I was on vacation!! Will always suggest for friends and family that visit Very nice updated location.

Pull out sofa had a ton of stains and had to ask for extra sheets to separate the disgusting mattress from my kids. There was also blood on the restroom wall! Courtney League (GM) was so rude and hung up on me and did not have a solution to my problem. The problem: Courtney League - The power of the internet ;) who is supposedly a general manager decided to hang up on me after disputing a charge and who refused to give me her last name so I can report my issue to the higher ups... I have a service animal (registered) and was charged a pet fee without being notified. I tried to get a refund and she told me to take it up with my credit card! I then asked for her boss and she replied with "Marriott" is my boss! Poor customer service and very rude - she even declined me sending in my documentation so I can get a refund. Hotel room was clean , cozy, and convenient. Staff was helpful and polite. I’ve already recommended to friends and family to stay here. I’m really glad that I was able to get a room at such a great price on such a short notice

We got a suite and was amazing! My kids enjoyed their stay! Close to main attractions.

Manager is very much unprofessional and need to be retrain how to speak with customers when I was at work he asked my wife and 2 kids to check out and my wife informed him that we staying 2 more nights and he refused because it some Concert going on in town and he need the room and my wife offered to pay full price and he refused and I made a call to corporate office and complain I never heard anything back

The pictures are nothing like the place. My poor grandkids were so scared that my son had to carry his pistol in. Don’t false advertise, peoples lives are at stake here!

Came in for a family event. Great location!
