Overall it was a great stay. It was 6 mins away from SeaWorld & that’s what we needed. They had a complementary van that could take you to SeaWorld & pick you up so that was nice. We didn’t use it but it’s available. I loved the pool area & loved how they had the shallow areas for the babies. It’s a 4 star because the hotel itself looks a little outdated. I’d stay here again though

I liked the pool for the kids. They loved it! Room was nice but did feel very humid. I also had what I’m pretty sure were bed bug bites. This was my first time ever experiencing this. So at first I figured it was mosquito bites. Once I realized what it was I told the manager and after they switch my room she told me there was nothing and I felt like she didn’t believe me, although I had the evidence on my feet. The next day at checkout the other manager was extremely nice and understanding and also gave me ointment for the bites.

My kids had a great time I mainly needed to go to lackland afb and the front desk was very informative in letting me know how far it was prior to booking. Kids loved the pool and the beds were comfortable staff is super friendly.

The staff at Holiday Inn Seaworld were very professional friendly and very polite. I was there for a family emergency situation when my brother passed all your staff: Alicia, Christian, Velma. Fabiola & Mario just to name a few were very sympathetic and caring to my time in need. To management know that you have a great wonderful crew. I will certainly tell all my friends and family about your hotel and I will absolutely be staying there again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This room was a good size for what we needed. We took our two dogs and two children and had the two room suite. It was very roomy but smelt heavily of pet urine when we arrived. There was also a sticky patch on the carpet about 1 foot wide on the side of the bed which was an annoyance when in socks. The room was clean but the overwhelming smell made it feel dirty. The indoor pool was very dirty and not appealing. The outdoor pool looked better but was too cold to swim in during our stay. Other than that, the hotel itself was nice and appealing. Great breakfast buffet.

Thought it was great! Don’t like the breakfast thing. having to pay for the buffet but the kids do eat free under 10 or something. I really don’t like the check in time. I called to see if we could early check in and they said no. But I thought the room was great, no issues!
