The stuff were friendly, love the fact that they have a table with coffee and natural flavored water. They have breakfast in the morning of different variety of your choice. It was clean and quite. The pool looked clean, we didn't have a chance to get in. My family and I enjoyed it

The friendly staff… and cleanliness throughout out the building doesn’t go unnoticed. And the only thing that my family and I didn’t like was the amount of Clorox smell in the pool. We decided not to use it due to the pool being indoor and the smell was too strong!

The beds were so uncomfortable. My kids who can sleep anywhere, even on the floor complained. All of us woke up with sore backs and necks and very little sleep. The service was good and hotel seemed safe and clean. The befs were just AWFUL

The hotel was good. The only negatives were that the indoor pool is much smaller than in the pictures and the carpet in our room was filthy (my kids walked barefoot a few times and their feet were black afterwards). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast bar was stocked and great quality.

Had a great stay! Check in was fast, and easy. The room is the exact one we booked and was very clean. House cleaning was terrific and the breakfast buffet was pretty decent! The pool was really nice and the kids loved it!

This was probably one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I am not sure if the manager was on a power trip or what. If you made even the tiniest noise, you got a call or a visit saying you needed to be quiet. A group of adults were hanging out in the lobby/food area talking and she came over and told us the lobby was closed. We moved outside to sit and talk out there, she came out there and gave us a warning like we were little kids and said she had noise complaints. We were literally sitting talking at a normal level. It was the most uncomfortable I have ever felt at a hotel.
