Sleep Inn & Suites Round Rock - Austin North

Overall the room was very nice and the people working the front were very friendly. I will be booking again when I come to visit my family.

We booked 4 nights. First 2 were quiet but downhill after that. Someone’s kid ran up & down the hall until 11pm. There was a lot of police activity also, I assume from the individuals who walked the halls most of the night, you can hear a lot of arguing, doors slammed all night. We checked out early & didn’t even stay the last night…I won’t be back.

The property was fine. Very close to the family of the graduate we had come to see. What makes the hotel great was the staff...all of them!! They are always busy...the front desk does several jobs and they went out of their way to help with whatever we needed.

The staff were so nice and made our big family feel very welcome.

Good hotel. They offer free cookies and popcorn for guests, which my kids enjoyed. Good breakfast. The indoor pool is a good size and depth, but very slippery floor around the pool.

I chose this hotel due to the expedia rating of 9. We booked a room with two queen beds. The bed that my kids were going to sleep in had a red stain on the sheets. We don’t know if it was blood but it was gross looking. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and noticed dried food on the receiver. Also, the desk chair has white dried looking spots all over it. There was a big red stain on the rug between the two beds. I spoke with the front desk worker and she had me text pictures to her so that she could pass them along to the general manager. She was able to move us to another room but it was a king bed with pull out couch. It was almost midnight so we decided to accept the new room. My husband took the pull out couch but did not sleep much at all. You can feel every spring of the pull out couch mattress. This was definitely not a good start and breakfast did not make up for it.

My family and I loved this property! We will definitely be back! Our favorite part was the heated pool

We loved the pool and free breakfast. Our grandkids love staying there. The only thing I didn't like was when trying to sleep I could hear heavy footsteps either in the next room or above us.It continued on and off all night long

A great hotel for a quiet getaway or a refuge after a day of family reunions.

We had no idea our hotel was under construction! This was the worse, the breakfast area was dusty and the indoor pool was closed even though there are pictures of it on the listing. We had to call the desk because our neighbors were so noisy and loud! We could hear kids running in the hall!
