Hotel was beautiful but our room wasn’t ready at 3:00 PM so we had to wait about 30 minutes in the lobby. The hotel was FULL of teenagers who were up all night and running down the halls. I think because it was a holiday weekend there were more kids than usual. Overall no complaints except our room wasnt ready

I stayed two nights at this location. Upon arriving, I quickly noticed how beautiful the grounds and lobby are. While parking was a nightmare, the walk up to the entrance was lovely. My first night, I stayed in a double bed sweet with 4 other adults. I slept on the sofa bed. Here's where things take a down turn. I've slept on hotel sofa beds before but none were as uncomfortable as this one. It felt as though I was literally sleeping on the mattress springs with zero cushion. The next day, I booked my own king-size bed suite. The suite was clean with a beautiful view. My next complaint is of no fault to the hotel. From about 10 pm - 11 pm it sounded like a bunch of teenaged girls were racing back and forth in the hallway. At this time, I was in the bed. I has church the next morning. At around 7:30 am, I am awakened by kids running down the hall and talking loudly for about 2 hours on and off. Again, I'm in my room trying to rest. So, needless to say I didn't have a very restful stay which is what I was hoping for. Again, this is no fault of the hotel and I should have called to the front desk to inform them of the noise. However, when asked how my stay was on my way out, I mentioned the noise only to receive the reply that "We had softball players here". This is not a good customer service response.

I personally would like to thank Stephanie for her help and attentiveness at check-in, she answered all of my questions and accommodated my family's needs. The Hitel was beautiful and havibg Bar Louie onsite was an added bonus for a date nate. Thanks so much to the staff at checkout, having Starbucks was an added benefit and the young lady made all our drinks perfectly

Our large family stayed for the weekend for a wedding. All the seating in the lobby accommodated us with a comfortable gathering and conversation area. The buffet was always resupplied with well-prepped and served food and beverages. Housekeeping was speedy yet thorough, everything clean and neat. Entry and exit access was excellent, especially parking near various doors with a crowded hotel.

We are loyal embassy travelers, have been to this hotel 3-4 times in the past year since it opened. This past visit was not like the others, I am not sure if it’s new management or just an off day but the bartender was horrible. There was noise all night long, kids running up and down the halls, and then the breakfast was nothing like it usually is, no omelette bar or biscuits and gravy just cold things and eggs.

Pets should not be allowed ,the room had a strong odor of dogs , asked for a top floor did not receive that request and had to listen to kids running around in the room above us.
