The bath tub didn’t close for a bath. That was frustrating because I had my 6 year old with me . I was dissatisfied with the construction going on around the property. I was also frustrated when we arrived because they tried to give us a smoking room that smelled like cigarettes and pot. I was here for a family trip so I was a little irritated. They gave us a cleaner freshly painted room but like I said the bath tub did not work and all It was not the worst trip but def could have been better for sure for the price.

The room itself was clean and decent for the price. The room stayed cool, and the cleaning staff made sure there was always clean towels and the room was attended to every day of our stay. The pool was unusable during our stay. It was open, but it was green and cloudy, so I didn’t let my kids go in. The continental breakfast was pretty bad. They made the same exact thing every single day, the yogurt was frozen, and the toaster burnt the toast. It was a breakfast, but really not great. Overall the staff was kind a helpful. The hotel itself was clean, but it was really hot and humid.

Everything was great no problems at all my children loved it the service and price was great other than the two red stains on the carpet we where very pleased and comfortable the room was huge we just loved our stay thank you

The staff was rude and unhelpful. The keys never worked and we constantly had to go downstairs to get new ones. I have 5 kids and the front desk would give them a new key but when my adopted Hispanic son went to get a key they made him show an ID and then refused to give him a key. They even gave my boys friend me a key on their room because they knew our last name but not my own son who has our last name and address on his license. I went to confront the lady at the front but she “just left” before I got there. The hotel was terrible. Keys never worked, it was dirty, and had a funny smell. I will not stay there again, and would not recommend. I feel the staff was racist towards my Hispanic son.

The room was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was also good. Overall no complaints. Good location for our needs.

The sink where you wash you hands clogged up and water started falling from the pipes to the floor when called to the front they said they could only move me to a single bed it was 5 of us ummm no so just left a bucket under the sink and used it as least as possible. Not to mention when I got there lady was kinda rude and thought taking a call was more important then checking me in with baby in hand but ok.

I had a family trip and decided to stay here overnight. The hotel room we had was next to the stairs and all night I could here people going up & down the stairs. If that wasn't enough, every time someone closed their door, I could hear that too. I had trouble getting my young kids to sleep and also had trouble myself. The pillows were average at best. The furniture in the room was old & the non-smoking room had a musty odor in it. The pull-out sofa/bed had stains and was disgusting. The water pressure on the shower was extremely low and it took 3 times longer to take a shower.
