the place itself is not bad, the ladies who think they own the complex are what makes the hotel itself bad, to the point of asking for towels and being told that you've had it up to here!!!.... June 21-24, 2024 ladies working at night (older and white-skinned), even when taking families out of the pool, she is arrogant and stands at the door smoking when one is clearing the pool!!!...

I never leave reviews or bad saying about a place unless it’s completely horrible all around , first off the elevator is broken , we are on the third floor , let say it’s completely inconvenience for me to haul All 4 of my kids and there things up and down the stairs , second we called a week ago to ask about the pool being open for of kids they said yes there is no reason it shouldn’t be , kool get here on SATURDAY now the pool is closed because other guest trashed it so the whole hotel suffers ? Third the WiFi isn’t hooking up yall this one night stay due to softball has been very awful I will be contacting someone I need a COMPLETE refund

I paid online through hotels.com but the hotel charged me additionally upon check in. The staff member Saturday night yelled at my family when coming in late Saturday night because this hotel locks the door and requires key access, we were not made aware of this at check in- and yelling was a bit out of line with our hands full. The ice machines were all out of order or out of ice.

Ravi greeted us everyday, and made my baby and I feel at home. Such a clean, nice new hotel. I am staying there again as I return to town, checking in tonight. Definitely recommend
