Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mesquite, an IHG Hotel

Best place to stay in Mesquite! Check in with Jason, was greeted with a smile and checked in efficiently. Nick is always going above and beyond to accommodate guests. Sonia in the breakfast room is so sweet. She is constantly tending to offerings and greets the guests with a smile and makes conversation. Staying there is like staying with family. New Windows are awesome!

This hotel was great. My family of 5 fit comfortably and it was exactly what we needed.

Usually I don't take time to write a review, but this Holiday Inn was exceptional!!! The customer service was top notch. Luz at the front desk was super friendly, accommodating to my family and I and even okay'ed a verylate checkout since we got there so late the night before. We needed more towels and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating with that as well, which we truly appreciated!The breakfast was plentiful and very decent, they provide free cookies and the pool was a great size for the kids to swim in. It's not the most updated hotel, but it wasn't terrible either. It was quality for its price. For sure. We will be back!

Convenient near Walmart, gas station,and food places. Indoor pool perfect for my kiddos, hotel has pleasant clean smell, wide variety for breakfast.

This was a great weekend stay for me and my family. I noticed alot of families stayed here during the time we were there, it felt very welcoming. Definitely would stay again!!

This stay was disappointing at best. I am not sure whether it was just our room, but the room was disgusting with mildew/mold smell. My son pulled out the pull out couch and we saw some sort of powder sprinkled on the ground under it, so I’m assuming it was cleaning product, but instead of actually handling the problem, they just covered it up with powder? We could not wait to get out of there in the morning. I would have gone to the desk to complain and ask to move rooms, but the kid working the desk had already sent us to the wrong room and had to reissue keys once. I also wasn’t sure if it is a hotel-wide problem. I understand sometimes they might give a less than perfect room to a hotels.com guest. I get the game, but when paying over $100 per night for a room, it should be mold free. The property seems like it was a cheaper hotel that maybe Holiday Inn took over? But they only improved the looks and not the guts. The shower was difficult to work, and the toilet was tiny. The hot tub was the same temp as the pool. All of this together and I can firmly state we will never be staying there again and I’m glad to be out of there!
