Quality Inn

I arrived with my two small children I called 2 weeks in advance with request that would be helpful for my stay with my children. Upon arrival my key card didn’t work I struggled to get inside of the room . Once inside the room seemed to be clean but with further inspection the room wasn’t. There was a lot of unsweepeid/vacuumed trash the bathtub was filthy it had a large brown stain in there and blonde hair stands in the tub and around the toilet. The complimentary shampoo and lotion were half full and the room smelled like smoke. I requested a smoke free room . For the breakfast the machines were not working properly and we barley were able to eat food was not refilled often .
