The lady running check in around 8pm last night had a rude attitude. The lobby was pretty rowdy with college kids which may have been contributing to her bad attitude, however no reason to be short with a guest checking in. The noisy lobby wasnt an issue for me, room was quiet..I couldnt figure out what was going on in town for the hotel to spike prices seemed a little pricey for such a basic room.

Staff and property were “ok”. The first issue was that our room did not shut, we could push the door open without a key or using the handle. After informing the staff, it was obvious they were aware. We were moved to a new room only to be woken up by someone else attempting to open the room, because they were given our room. That was pretty scary, but thankfully we had it double locked and neither family was further shocked. Breakfast was not the best, but not horrible. It was clean and quiet, just wish we wouldn’t have had security issues.

Beautiful hotel, in a nice accesible area, with amazing staff, clean spacious rooms, comfy beds and free breakfast!!!! I cannot fully express how impressed we were with everything! Gym and games/lounge area were a nice plus! Walgreens, Taco Bell and other stores within walking distance. Also.. the young lady that greeted us at the counter, omg she was the sweetest!! If you need a family friendly hotel around Bryan/College Station, look no further! We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

I have stayed here twice. I plan to stay more. I have a dog and the hotel is dog friendly and it is close to my grandkids games when I come to watch them

I will not be returning to this hotel. There was 1 ice machine but it was always empty and in the process of making. The softball teams were filling up their ice chest every time there was the least bit. The kids played games in the parking lot bouncing balls off of vehicles until about 1am each night. If you want a clean towel don’t expect it to be in your room, you will need to go to the desk and ask for one. Don’t plan on putting any of your trash in the trashcan because all of them are packed with items spilling out of the sides. The entire lobby was trashed with pizza boxes, cans etc. it looked like a teenage slumber party. I will make a better choice next time I visit the area.

Stayed 2 nights to visit my father in law who just had heart surgery. Room is small, hair everywhere, towels smelled musty. There was a softball tournament nearby and the lobby was so full of kids and food because that were having a party that I could barely get around them to go to the front desk. No room service unless you request it. Had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and they pulled them out of a basket and they only had one towel left. Bed is hard as a rock and the pillows deflate as soon as you touch them. Drunk people and hyper kids running up and down the halls in the middle of the night. No coffee maker or drink options whatsoever in the room. No closet and no dresser or shelf space to put bags. As mentioned, the towels were musty and they did not smell of laundry detergent so not sure if they were actually washed or not. Went to visit my father in law in the hospital and left with a yeast infection due to the dirtiness. BEWARE.
