We’re in town for a family get together and Upon arriving at the hotel our hostess was very gracious and welcoming even though we arrived after midnight.

The front desk lady that checked us in was something else it took an hour to get our check in done and she was rude and told us more about herself than we cared to hear, she Went off on our kids during breakfast about a mess that they didn’t even make and was just too much she kept blaming ten 11 hour shift but why would someone even work that much if they can’t handle it and are rude about it to everyone that is the only decent stay in town so there wasn’t really another choice I was there for my mother’s funeral and regretted choosing them and should have probably stayed in Lubbock
