Great place for our family to stay on a road trip. Breakfast options were great. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Loved the pool for the grandkids

Comfort suites are always our go to.. with a family of 6, it's been surely a good choice. Always clean and comfy. Yummy breakfast.

I like the convenience location. Room was clean, i got a 1 room with 2 king beds sin e we came with 2 kids for a graduation at Texas Tech. Near restaurants and easy access to everywhere. Hotel is clean,

Awesome suite for a family of 5

My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. It definitely could have been cleaner. The elevator corners are gross as well as some other housekeeping issues. I imagine the cleaning staff just needs more work hours to focus on more in-depth cleaning of shared spaces and rooms. If this is where the company is tightening its belt, they shouldn’t!

Great stay with the family

gut very rude at check in. Explained I had 2 grand children 3 yrs and 5 yrs with me that had been cooped up in a car for 8 hours asked for something on lower floor .. plus, a service dog . He called to our room and said kids needed to settle down. quite time was 9 but pool etc. closes at 10 .. confirmed with ft desk when I left quite time was 10 and we were on the 3 rd. floor I doubt he could hear kids playing .

Nice, clean property. Front desk was super helpful. Grandkids loved the indoor pool and yummy breakfast. This was our second stay and we will be back.

Check in was a breeze. The Front Desk Clerk was very efficient and courteous. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We all enjoyed our time at pool and hot tub. The highlight of the visit was breakfast. The food was good but there was an older gentleman that was overseeing the dining area that had the best personality. He was super friendly -- He was like a ray of sunshine. The grandkids loved him. The dining area was clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and hot. The hot breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs, sasauge, and biscuts with gravy. A selection of cereal and oatmeal was available as well as yogurts and pastries. We will definately stay at this hotel again when visiting Lubbock.
