Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lubbock West, an IHG Hotel

Went there for a stay cation with our small grandkids. The pool area was full of about 20 kids running and playing football in the water. Very loud and had very little supervision. Only able to stay at the pool for 10 minutes.

It is really nice hotel for the price we got, clean, the staffs are nice, nice little hot tub and poor, my kids enjoy it so much

Hall way is smelly , not a good hotel for family with kids . Will not stay here again .

We couldn’t sleep kids were running down the hall screaming and hitting our door late at night!!!

Had a very good stay with the family. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the swimming pool and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite, it was a perfect for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable! Tim checked us in, very nice gentleman!

the hotel is in major need of updating. the entire room is just run down. the secondary door look (flips out) is barely hanging on. the a/c is the loudest a/c ive ever heard. not loudest for a hotel, loudest period. & it has the loudest rattle I've ever heard from an a/c. the a/c also doesn't work well so it runs long & often. refrigerator freezes everything. the room was loud in terms of surrounding area, hallways, 3rd floor, etc. 2 large stains on carpet - 1 in "tv room" & 1 near trashcan in main room. there were no premium tv channels or pay movies as advertised. they have those generic remotes so you can't do anything but change channels or volume. we only ate breakfast 1 day because the food wasn't very good, it wasn't very clean, & the guy running breakfast was rude. we came back one evening & brought food back. we wanted to eat in the dining area because we have a 2 year old & we were hoping to use the 1 high chair. he was sweeping on the other side of the room & we asked if it was ok if we ate there. he threw his hands up & said "I'll just come back". we went ahead and went to our room to eat. the morning we ate there, they ran out of bananas (if you have a toddler, you get this as serious). next day, still no bananas. the bathroom makes you feel like it's a public restroom. no stopper in bathtub. smallest toilet ever. blackout curtains worked well & bed was comfortable. every single one of the other staff were very pleasant and helpful. regrets...
