Hilton Garden Inn Lubbock

Great 1 night stay. We were in town for a very quick trip visiting family. My only complaint would be the room was as low as it would go and we were a little hot BUT it was an extremely hot week that put family said wasn’t normal for them? Anyways. We don’t have any complaints really. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Lubbock

It was a relaxing stay while visiting family in Lubbock.

We enjoyed the stay since there was ample parking available. The rooms had adequate lighting in the room. We were close to family and shopping was a breeze! We had everything close by to enjoy!

Awesome night’s stay on the way home to Houston. Large junior suite is amazing! Full size fridge and two tvs! Perfect for our child. Would stay here again for sure!

This is the first time I am disappointed with a Hilton hotel. We rented the junior suite. Suite has closets but no hangers, steam iron or laundry plastic bag. Suite has a sofa-bed but no extra blankets, sheets or pillows. Suite has an eating area with a sink but no dish soap, paper towel, eating utensils, plates or tissue paper. I called the front desk thinking probably the cleaning team forgot but they told me they don’t provide any of these. For the price we paid, Hilton should have provided these at least for the suites. Summary: high-valued rooms for no reason. I suggest you search for another hotel.

Only issue I had was a young family was at the indoor pool and the children were screaming and playing which was wonderful except it was soooooo loud that I gave up and left after 15 minutes. Wouldn’t have been bad if the pool had been outdoors. But hey, they get to have fun on their vacation too. Would have been nice to have an alternative area that was a bit quieter.
