The only thing I should have done was put up the do not disturb plaque Our maid started at 9:30 knocking at our door, not waiting for us to come to the door and opening our door. Not once but 4 times she did this. Checkout wasn't till 11:00 but finally at 10:30 we had enough! Reported it to the front desk. We were trying to kill some time time before we had to meet some family for lunch. Other than that the hotel was outstanding. Never had this to hapen at any other hotel.

I like that the hotel staff was accommodating in moving my family to a different room due to the noise and what I didn’t like is that visitors with pet didn’t have leashes on their pets. We were in the common area when two dogs unleashed ran towards us and jumped on us.

There is defense alot of dust and residue not sure if due to construction or just in general a old hotel. Came here thinking most of the rooms were updated and ended up in a funky outdated room and when asked I could change rooms they claimed none were available, yet had family arrive after me and got a more updated room. Until updates, and hopefully carpet replacement is done I would NOT recommend staying here.

The room looked like it hadn’t been dusted and cleaned very good in a long time. The beds were comfortable. Hotels need to start putting more than 3 towels in rooms. We always have to get extra for our family of 4.
