Comfort Suites Greenville

Our family loved the comfort and spaciousness of the room. Great breakfast.

My extend family was having a retirement party and for a one night stay if for 5 people it was nice. The only thing is when we pulled out the couch there was a stain on the mattress but we requested more sheet to cover it. Bed was comfortable.

We always stay or have family or friends who come from out of town stay here. We love it and they love it. No complaints from us ! Its a nice area of Greenville so everyone is safe and lots of places to eat near by!! Staff are great amd the hotel has always been clean !!

We stayed in the Double Queen Suite room 125. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was hot and the shower head was high up on the wall so tall people have no problem standing underneath. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the eggs was definitely over cooked. I like the convenience of all the food and shops close by. For the most part the room was very quiet up until people decided to utilize the pool. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls as if they were in the same room as us. Pool hours are from 9am-9pm daily so unfortunately we had to endure extremely loud music and kids screaming non-stop the last night and last morning we were there. Aside from this annoyance of not being able to get a decent nights sleep before we had to drive back 6 hours home, it was a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Was in town for a family function. Although i booked online, the manager took the time to call me to ensure that my booking accommodated all my special needs.His sctions expressed the epitome of customer service.

We picked this location because it had the highest rating in Greenville. The front desk was extremely kind. We reserved 2 rooms, both room were decently clean but both smelled terrible like mold and water damage. My family was exhausted from are trip and we didn’t say anything. Are door lock system didn’t work so we had to get assistance from front desk to get in and out of the room.

Nothing special or extraordinary, but this Comfort Suites worked ok for my family of 5 for a recent trip to the area. Hotel was clean & staff were friendly.

Most of the staff was awesome. The woman who checked us in though would not give us information about family members. We had 5 rooms of family members attending a funeral and she refused to tell us weather or not they'd checked in. She also had a hard time with the computer to check us in.

Clean, close to family.

We had a quick trip to drop our son at camp. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious. Breakfast buffet was well received by our family.
