La Quinta by Wyndham Houston Willowbrook Vintage Park

I Hate that the Pool isn’t 24 hours with no kids after 10 anymore. Me and my Wife have use this hotel at least 4 or 5 times in the past. This will be our last visit. Because the only reason we booked here was because of the 24 hour pool. And no kids after 10.

Stayed a couple of nights with the kids for spring break. Kids absolutely enjoyed the pool, and i was very happy to be able to get rooms with the combined doorway. Beds were a little firm for my liking and pillows were way to flat. Other then that, i absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Great stay friendly workers everthing but the 24hr pool… kids making to much noise at all hours of the early morning.. meaning 2-3am no parents present… witch lead to water all over the floors/elevators.. everything else was good! I do recommend that the pool policy be over looked!

Stay was not good. Breakfast lady is rude like she’s paying for that food. You can’t take it to your room and they don’t have a on the go breakfast. Room was updated with no extra blankets, towels if its a family room for up to 6 people it should have that extra stuff no iron no extra bags for garbage nothing. TV did not work pool did not have towels to use. Overall this is not a good place to stay. The only reason I booked was for the indoor pool that we wanted to use since the weather was going to be cold. I would not be staying at another La Quinta property.There is better hotels for the price I payed.

hotel overall was ok. Had a room for four that had a king size bed and a soda bed. We were given no linens or pillows for the sofa bed. After going down to desk were given linens, but no pillows were available. My kids had to roll up blankets to use as pillows!!! ridiculous. Front desk said sorry we have a pillow shortage.

Please do not stay here. There was one person working and the wait to check in was eternal. The room was DISGUSTING and smelled like dog. There were hairs everywhere, the floors were disgusting, and there was blood on the toilet seat. The kids wanted to go to the pool, we went, it was also disgusting. You couldn’t see your feet once in the water, same with hot tub. The floors were filthy, dead bugs on all the window sills, just gross. We were just there for about an hour and decided ti check out. I’ll be reaching out to customer care for a refund.

Website stated we could have a free rollaway bed. After arriving they say no because of fire hazard. I had to make a pallet on the floor for one of my kids. Staff was ok but seemed over worked. They had trouble finding supplies to make a pallet for my child and never even provided the extra pillow we requested.

The worst place to relax and get any sleep. Husband took our son to the pool and jacuzzi, but unfortunately there was no space for either of them. So many people came-in from street. Also, the whole night until 5 am group of adults and kids were running and screaming in the hall. CANNOT REST AT ALL 😡

This is suppose to be a smoke less environment Very unpleasant to take your kids in there with that smell on the whole floor walkway . Took a hit on the money left right away

Booked a double and didn’t get what i reserved. Front desk didn’t bother to let me know upon check in that they didn’t have any doubles available until i got to my room and saw that they put me in a king bed and we were a family of 4. Would of been nice if they would of let me know ahead of time that they didn’t have double beds available which is what i had RESERVED.
