Red Roof Inn Houston - Willowbrook

Check in was smooth and the man the checked us in was amazing and understanding of our situation due to us being evacuees. The room was comfortable. None of us wanted to get out of the bed. If the kids weren't going back to school tomorrow, we definitely would've stayed another night. Only thing i didnt like was how slick the tub was. I almost busted my butt. Would definitely stay again though.

It was excellent, wonderful stay. There was a hurricane Beryl during out stay. Lights was out for almost the last two days that we were there. They went up and beyond to make our stay safe. They provided us a flashlight and also gave us a ride to my mom house. I am beyond grateful and my family. Thank you so very much!

A very basic motel, conveniently located & tucked off a frontage road, is pet friendly & modestly priced. A 2-generations family serves as staff: they are warm, responsive on phone & email & in person.

This property really is as clean as many reviews stated. The bed is SO comfortable, the room is quiet, and the shower has good water pressure. Overall, I had wonderful nights of sleep here and was able to get my work done. "BYOC" - if you're booking a room with a kitchenette, be sure to bring your own cookware/utensils/dishes. I was disappointed to find that the very spacious kitchenette is only equipped with a fridge, microwave and sink. It's the first time I've booked a room with a kitchenette (in similar price range) that does not come with any cookware. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. It's one of the few places where your pet family stays for free. And what's even more amazing is that it's cleaner than many places that charge you tons for pet fee. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property for a week while our daughter finished her school year. Property was clean. The room was clean and comfy. The kitchenette was perfect for cooking for my family of 4. At night it was quiet which was great for my 1yr old. Office staff at check in and check out were very nice and very informative. Cleaning staff did a great job at keeping us stocked with clean linens and towels. Would definitely recommend this place.
