The room we stayed in was nice and large. I will stay at this hotel again. My family will enjoy staying in other cities if all your hotels are like this.

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a while, very safe, family friendly and very clean. I will be staying here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay again and will recommend to my family and friends. I love because the hotel is by a lot of shopping places, food places, grocery stores.

We had a family trip for the 4th of July planned. When we arrived their system was down so they had to manually check us in and it took so long. We didn’t get the rooms that some of us had reserved because they had given them out to other guests. The staff stated that they didn’t know who had what room because of the system being down. Some of us that had a 2 bed unit had to stay in a one bed unit. The staff stated that the system would be fixed by 4am but that wasn’t the case. We checked in on a Friday and the system still wasn’t fixed when we checked out on a Wednesday. The WI-FI didn’t work the duration of our stay. We were told that they would take 15% off our stay for the inconvenience but they charged more than the actual cost of our stay. I will not stay here again.

Good value for money stay around the area. Especially if you are looking for stay with kitchen and home feeling, then this is good place. Since it’s closer to Methodist Willowbrook, we left our elder kids during my wife delivery. It was smooth experience and kids loved the pool, cleanliness of the property. Accessible to best restaurants around!

I’ve stayed in a few Home2 previously with little issues considering its budget and family-friendly accommodations. Willowbrook does not quite have a handle on how to handle noise complaints. The worst was for an entire week, we were awakened to children running back and forth over the length of our ceiling and loud thuds and drops overhead. When we complained we were told it would be handled and unfortunately the guests ignored any requests that may have been made. Furniture could use better deep cleaning. Housekeeping was friendly, but inconsistent. We stayed for a week and requested cleaning twice, one of which agreed to return for cleaning and didn’t.
