Excelent breakfast! Very good hotel to stay with family!

I’ll start by saying the employees were hospitable. Checking in was fine given we arrived 20 mins prior to check in time. Hotel was a 10 minute distance from the airport and that’s where positives end. Our room was on the second floor and I was traveling w my 2 kids, both teens. The room was clean, but carpets were so stained-thankful I packed socks because walking barefoot felt gross (we’re accustomed to removing shoes when inside). We had 2 queen beds and my kid noticed a stain on the sheets of my bed, luckily on the side I hadn’t slept on. Amenities-no hair dryer and my youngest used the shampoo provided to wash hair-it made her scalp rubbery and hair fall out. The noise aspect-we are all of average heights and weights aka not heavy to elicit loud footsteps yet this hotel flooring is so old & flimsy, that taking a normal step sounds like you’re stomping. And our neighbors above make it feel like an earthquake is going on. Not comfortable w all the noises from the hallway and the freeway as well. Lastly, in the smoking area outside the front entrance, many smoked pot; not quite a welcome site. A hard lesson that you get what you pay for. I was attending a funeral w a week notice so was trying to save in hotel but given this experience, will fork the extra $$$. This place needs a serious update to make it worth staying in.

Much needed staycation with my husband and our 8 and 9 yo boys! I love the spacious suites with privacy door/room for the adults and a pullout bed in the living area for kids to chill and play their Xbox without the extra noise. We enjoyed the pool for some hours and ordering to-go was easy with the abundance of nearby restaurants in Spring, Humble and Greenspoint areas to choose from. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Advised me and took time to show some of the other rooms she recommended for my family! We are already looking at calendars for our next staycation here! The people above us was noisy from the time we checked in until the day we checked out. The staff was trying to find who it was, however when they called the room above us denied it was them. We should receive some form of compensation due my family being in a accessible room. My ne

Night shift employee was rude with our kids.! Shooting down computers on the lobby and turning light out. This guy is completely rude. Ask for a towels and give me one with a hole .!

I think this place deserves 0 stars. Recently stayed and upon entering the room, my wife observed that the linens were dirty with stains and body hair. The comforter in the cabinet was also dirty. I called the front desk and staff member informed me he could give me another room as there was no housekeeping on duty. I went downstairs to get a new room key but there was a long line at the front desk. This room had acceptable bed linens so we moved all of our belongings to the new room. Also, even though new room was acceptable the bathroom was not cleaned properly, hair was still visible in the shower which I had to clean myself. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were also empty. I do not accept Ritz-Carlton type service but I believe it is reasonable to expect a clean and well-maintained hotel room. I also should not have had to wait in a long line to get a new room. The staff were nice and accommodated our request. But the whole event really inconvenienced my family as we had a wedding reception to attend to and we arrived late due to having to move rooms. I reached out to the GM after this and spoke to him over the phone. He seemed very defensive. Not once did he offer an apology which was disappointing. Not what I expected from Home2 Suites.
