Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Bush Intercontinental Airport

Had kids beating on doors all through out the night. Was told security was trying to locate them but they no cameras in the hall to see where they where located

There was no power or running water when family arrived and they double billed us at check in.

Hotel and room was very clean & perfect condition, only thing I'm not satisfied is shuttle service. I booked this hotel mainly because of shuttle service as I need to go airport early in the morning, even though I reached lobby 10mins before the shuttle comes, there was not much room to fit many people in and there is no extra shuttle to commute, I asked the lady incharge & she was harsh & told me to take Uber or something else as this is a courtesy shuttle they have it every 30mins & ONLY one shuttle. I had to take Uber which came after 18mins & there was some construction going on in the airport & there was a very big line for security check outside the terminal, we had to rush to the Gate but atlast we got into the flight 13mins before the takeoff. Glad they let us in, but I was not at all sure until I board the flight whether I can make it, it was a very bad situation to me with my young child we both had to run.

Scary was so helpful. They even ordered pizza for my family. So nice and friendly.

The hotel it self is great! Very clean and very friendly staff. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs the day we left. The food is extremely expensive $80 for eggs bacon for 2 adults and eggs and bacon for 2 kids and 1 waffle and 1 order of french toast also the only type of syrup they have is sugar free and its disgusting so the waffle and french toast was a waist. However the lady who worked there was very nice even when customers were rude to her. We will definitely stay at this hotel again but we will not be eating at the restaurant.
