Unfortunately this location has been sorely neglected. Our room that we booked wasn’t available so they separated our family into two rooms extremely far away from each other. There was not a privacy/darkening shade in either room so you could see the freeway and there was a street lamp shining right into our window. I had to put the sofa cushions up in the window for privacy and to block the light. One room had the sofa bed undone and a stained comforter thrown in a pile on top of it when we walked in and then they claimed there weren’t any more clean linens to provide us with. Dirty hallways and elevators. We did not use the pool.

I was given a dirty room, and after travelling many hours with kids, that is the last experience you want. When we went down to ask for a change of room, we didn't even get an apology for the "inconvenience." I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again!

My family and I travel a lot, and have noticed over the years how customer service at many hotels has deteriorated. Not at this Holiday Inn. The front desk staff. Tae, Porsha and Roderick are outstanding. They are friendly, professional and eager to help guests. They deserve a raise! :) Highly recommended this Holiday Inn. Great staff, location, atmopshere, and rooms.

At check-in, the elevators were out of service, and our room was on the 4th floor. Taking stairs with baggage with an asmatic child and parent was a challenge at evening check in and next morning. They were fixed in the afternoon. The room overall was fantastic. Plenty of room for a traveling family. Clean. Breakfast selection was great. Plenty of room to sit. I would recommend.

The property was clean, very quiet, room was clean very spacious mini fridge microwave and kurig machine, breakfast was really good each morning the pool was clean not deep which is very good for the kids only 1 elevator was working but it was no problem that one moved fast enough the staff was very friendly and nice they greeted as we came in I had a problem with my light switch and maintenance came very quickly it was my fault I ain’t know it was automatic switch on the wall to turn them on and off lol but overall it was a good experience and very nice I’ll definitely recommend ppl to visit and I’ll definitely be visit this hotel again.

Due to a delayed flight I arrived at the hotel at 4 o’clock in the morning and they told me that they didn’t have a room for me and that Expedia had been over booking their rooms for weeks. My kids and I had to lay down on a bench in the lobby to get some sleep Before returning to the airport. It was an absolute nightmare.

This hotel was great for our family eoth two young children. There is a washer and dryer to do a load of laundry, a workout room and a small pool. Breakfast was exactly what we needed begore the free shuttle ride to the airport

I was disappointed. My family of three checked into the hotel at 9 pm after a long day. There was only 1 washcloth in the bathroom. When we asked for 2 additional washcloths so we can take our showers we were told that they did not have any more clean ones. I asked if they could take from an empty room and Abdul told me the hotel was at full capacity. This was not true and we were told to use the face towels to shower

So. The motel when we checked in was amazing. It sort of went down from there. We had our two kids with us (18&22) so they really are adults. We only had two towels. By the time we went to get towels they had none. The crowd got a bit rowdy and we’re up partying most of the night. They at one point had yelled that someone broke the door to the pool. So hence the pool being outside our room became a massive party area. No one seemed to want to control anything. The hotel otherwise was pretty decent. Other than not having towels and wash clothes it was well appointed. There is nothing near this hotel and Uber etc is expensive.

Overall my stay was decent! The hotel was really nice and clean. However, the front desk staff service was horrible. I booked for 3 night through hotels.com and ended up booking a 4th directly through the hotel because my AC was not yet fixed in my home. For the 4th night that I booked, they double charged my card for the room as well as the damage deposit. I literally had to BEG for clean towels so that my family and I could bathe! If I didn’t know any better, I would assume everyone there was new and untrained! Very nice hotel but terrible front desk staff!
