Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Houston NW-Brookhollow, an IHG Hotel

When we got there we were greeted by an awesome staff member, who interacted with my son and I like family. She was amazing! She was also there to greet us the next morning, with her warm smile as if she never left, but did. On our final night came in late that night and requested an extra towel and washcloths from another staff member, whose attitude sucked and acted as if I was trying to steal the linens. Left with one washcloth, no towel. Horrible towel policy by the way! Breakfast was mediocre.

The breakfasts made the mornings off to a great start! I was close to my children 😊

The breakfast was great for a limited buffet. Hot items were different every day. The staff were very nice. Room had damage around the door frame and the bathroom sink had almost no water flow and the shower head was severely restricted. The hotel is located in an odd no man’s land off the highway but there are similar hotels nearby and some restaurants. I stayed to visit family and would probably stay again for the breakfasts. The room did not have a safe which I either have preferred to have. The pool is very small and was out of commission one day. Hotel was packed over the weekend and almost empty on weeknights.

Very nice hotel and all the staff was really nice and helpful. From check in to check out the staff made me feel special. Nicole J and Nicole H I think also Teniesha (breakfast lady) was so sweet and helpful. I was visiting my daughter and family for first time in 3 years and the staff allowed us to give my 7 year old granddaughter a little party. Thank you all again for making my stay in Houston awesome. Definitely will be back and let everyone know about this awesome hotel!! Donita Dixon

Amazing place to stay! This was our last hotel for our 1 week trip and my family loved it! Highly recommended if you are traveling with children.

We were in Houston for a family event and the staff was friendly and the facility was neat and clean. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Houston!

Front desk staff, on our day of arrival was nice and polite. She was also attending to breakfast in the morning. The menu had a variety of hot and cold foods which included, omelettes, sausage, biscuit, gravy, choices of yoghurt, dry oatmeal, cereal, coffee and beverages. The breakfast area had good seating for our family of 10. Our hotel room was clean with some wear and tear on a swivel chair which I'm guessing was from the cleaning solution they use to disinfect the rooms, that was minor. The A/C worked well. The beds were comfortable. We were satisfied with our stay as it provided a clean and comfortable place to rest at night. The location seemed safe and easy to find and parking was on site. I suggest better lighting towards the back or perhaps motion detection lights.
