Hampton Inn Houston-Brookhollow

We were so lucky to find a room during the huge power outage in Houston after Hurricane Beryl and thankfully Hampton Inn had rooms left! Not only was is just a room, but it felt like an entire suite! Very spacious, very accommodating for my family and very comforting! My only disappointment was there were not able to provide their free breakfast buffet due to the storm I'm assuming, but overall an AMAZING stay.

Everything was amazing the people @ the front desk was amazing . The front desk workers treat u like family very very good people.

They room was great, front service could improve, the front is getting remodel, lady at breakfast was awesome, she was great, even did hit chocolate for my kids, i think her name was nena. I like the parking was gated gave me a good sense of my car being safe.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional. However, the building itself was horrible. The elevator did not work and apparently it hasn’t for at least 8 months now. (Checked google reviews after my stay, my mistake.) Fortunately, it’s only 3 floors so its not too bad, but if you have little ones or are handicapped, you definitely should go some place else. Also, saw the make-ready ladies having to walk up the stairs with all their equipment, felt bad for them :( Breakfast was okay. Room smelled funky and humid. Upon my arrival, there were about 4 police cars blocking our entrance, there was a huge party at the hotel next door. We had to drive around for at least 20 minutes until it was cleared and I was able to enter the Hampton. Mind you, I just wanted to shower and sleep after my drive. Overall, I would not stay here again.

When I first arrived, the lady at the frontdesk was so nice and professional that offered me and family great customer service. I am impressed of the personnel's efficiency at the facility that I definitely will return!!!. Thank you!

Breakfast only had one waffle maker u had to wait a while in line there was large family of 5 by the time they made all 5 waffle for the whole family suggest having another waffle maker for more convenience to guest

Property was nice and clean but bed was so uncomfortable, the noise was loud with kids, gun shots could be heard closely. Breakfast served early but not early enough.

What I liked about the property was that it was super close to a variety of restaurants which made dinner options easy, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and there was a great breakfast offered. What I didn't like was that the whole second floor had a bad smell, almost like someone was smoking weed. The beds were really hard, and for several hours there were people out in the hallway talking loud and kids opening and slamming doors shut while laughing until about 1 a.m. We had to call the front desk to have someone come and ask them to stop. We were told there was no security around and that was normal for the weekend for that to happen. Then the front desk called us back to let us know they were sending someone up to talk to the people outside, which they did and the people and kids stopped for a little while but started up again for a bit. Also, it seems there was a baby in the room next to us and it was crying most of the night. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear everything. Overall it was not the best experience.

This hotel was better than expected. Travelled with my family, including an infant and the studio room worked out perfectly. We were very pleased with the service and the overall stay.

Loved staying at the Hampton Inn,we booked a suite n it was spacious enough for a 2 little kids to play around. The staff were really nice and greeting. They did provide for coffee and microwave with no outlet or may be we couldn't find the outlet to connect it.
