I booked room for five people, arrived on Christmas day, had three towels in the room, came down to ask more, was told you run out of bath towels. On the second day came down for breakfast, was told the service staff had family emergency, so breakfast was canceled, i was surprised to hear a Marriot hotel does not have a backup plan. On the third day, no housekeeping service( on the first day we were asked if we want service, which we said yes, since we are traveling with kids), so we went down asked front desk, the gentleman told us, the lady who checked us in was new, so she did not put the request in, but he will make sure we get a full service the next day, which we did not get again, on top of that, our towels was not replaced too. We use to work for marriott hotel, so we had stayed at multiple Marriott brands but never had this kind of experience. It was very disappointing. We will definitely not stay at this property again

Customer service was great but they didn’t have a complimentary breakfast which was a big disappointment since I was traveling with kids for a sports trip.

We stay here because of the convenience to the family we visit. It is in need of some help. Has a very musty smell which I am sure is hard to avoid in such a humid climate.

My stay was full of no towels, no wash cloths, a dirty hot tub, a sub par breakfast, walls falling apart and not receiving the 2 queen beds I paid for. Or those were the smallest queen beds I’ve ever slept in! Will not stay here again, only chose here because it was one of the few left that offered an indoor pool. And it was forecast to rain the whole time we were there, so the little ones needed an indoor pool.

Probably the worst SpringHull Suites we’ve stayed at. For starters, the handicap shower head is not handicap accessible. In order to activate the wand, you have to pull down something that is 6 feet above you. We checked in as a group of 5 and were given Two towels and incomplete bedding for the pullout. Our tv didn’t work because the cable was pulled out from the wall and the connector was pulled from the wire. Fortunately my husband fixed it himself. The hot tub was inoperable our entire stay (the reason we picked this hotel). Breakfast Saturday was a train wreck. Limited seating and no food. Everything was out. They have one waffle maker. Eggs were gone and I had to ask twice for them to refill. I was told by kitchen staff that the eggs were still frozen solid and would take time to defrost. Gross. We ended up having to take our family outside the hotel to get breakfast because we couldn’t wait 20 minutes (her time estimate) for eggs. It is upsetting to again select a hotel based on breakfast offerings and then have to go buy breakfast elsewhere because there is no food 1 1/2 hours before service is supposed to end. Our bathtub drain wouldn’t drain. They said they would note it but it wasn’t fixed by the second night and my daughter fell in the tub. We were traveling with a handicap senior and this was a dangerous situation. On checkout morning, housekeeping started knocking on my door and pointing to her watch an hour before checkout. The guys working the front were nice

Our stay at this hotel was very nice. The room was a bit cramped, we had a double queen, but it served our need. Our children swam in the indoor pool which was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and offered several hot options, a nice change from the regular yogurt and fruit you get at other hotels. There was a lot of construction going on around the area, but the hotel can't help this and it wasn't so bad. It is a bit of a drive to get to anything, there isn't much around this hotel.
