stayed here to see family in the area. not familiar with Houston but over all this was a good location to restaurants near by etc. you need a car. not a walking city. everynight they had security in the parking lot checking cars to make sure they were guest. not people trying to use parking lot from night club near by. i would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for my little family! We have two under 5 so finding a safe place for us was a must. The pool is not as big as it appears to be in the pictures, but it was not a deal breaker for us. Overall, we would visit again!

The hot water didn't work in my room. I specifically asked for a room way from other people because I needed to sleep and they put me next door to a room full of kids that jumped and ran around for hours. No rest and no hot shower.

my husband, two kids, and myself stayed overnight here this week. Great breakfast options until 930 am. Pool was nice although heavy on the chemicals. staff was friendly and helpful. would def stay here again.

We really liked it! Hotel was in a great location and staff was caring and helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 11pm with my little one sick and the reception lady was very helpful helping me find an open pharmacy and two days after eventhough we came down for breakfast a little bit late, one of thr ladies have my child cereal and milk! We would totally come and stay in this hotel again!

Loved this hotel! Excellent staff! Audrey was a great help getting us set up after extending our stay! Breakfast staff was very attentive, and the breakfast was wonderful! Free parking with a security guard on duty at night. We saw families enjoying the pool, and the gym looked fine, but we didn’t use them. Will stay again.

Customer service exceed our expectations. My baby slept in an actual crib. Most hotels says that the offer cribs but it ends up being a playpen. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was perfect.

Property was good. We had a problem the first 2 days with the room above us. They had a kid running around the room until 2am. We had to call front desk to send security up. Even after that it took 30 minutes for the stomping to quit. The it started right back up at 6am.
