Bed bugs in our room. It was terrible with kids around. Very bad expericence.

We were in town for a family members graduation. We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed our stay.

It was only 1 night stay but everything was excellent me and may family enjoyed, were satisfied.

So I’m going to start by saying my view may be a little skew. I feel like this is a good value if you can get it for about 130 a night at normal times. But this new normal has this hotel around 200. If this is 130 a night I’m totally satisfied with this stay. Location was great for our needs downtown with easy access to the lite rail lines. Easy walking distance. Staff we dealt with was super friendly and was actually friendly with customers at hotel in same building that were having issues. Which leads to maybe one of my two negatives. 3 hotels in one building may be confusing for travelers. The manager at our “hotel” was dealing with an issue at the other hotel and knew when that “manager” was coming in to deal with the other hotel employee, who our manager knew. Kind of wonder if they all just rotate around…AGAIN ISSUE NOT WITH OUR HOTEL And I’m ASSUMING. in the same building. But does make you question. And then not a fan of the 45 dollar valet parking either. We did have to walk through the other hotel to get to the pool. (Key card to open door to other hotel) The other hotel is also number the same as our hotel so I could see issues with people arriving at wrong rooms because they went through the doors of other hotel. Breakfast was for the most part pretty solid for a hotel continental breakfast. Stay away from the waffles as it was like crunching on sugar crystals. Had plenty of room for our family but daughter said the sofa bed was uncomforta

Everything looks new, clean and in great condition.Breakfast bar was clean with lots of options and exercise room was nice. I will come back to this chain of hotels, as a family of 5 we all love it.

Out if 3 elevators, only one worked. LONG wait to go anywhere. Valet parking ONLY.....it isn't optional unless you want to park off site. Check out causes massive backup- 20/30 minute wait for vehicle. Bathroom doors are frosted glass, so you can sort of see through. They also do not lock. Kind of odd when there with older kids. Breakfast was great, room was very well laid out.

My family and I had a great stay!! We chose this hotel for the rate, the reviews and the location. We came to Houston to watch the Yankees play the Astros. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely use them again when we are in the Houston area. We would like to acknowledge a front desk clerk, her name is Deja. She was kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. She was very knowledgeable about Houston. She helped us with travel to Minite Maid Park and she helped us with understanding the local Metro train. She made our trip and stay so much better!! Thanks again Deja!!

I am a local resident and I was attending the Chevron Houston Marathon. With multiple people in my family participating in the event we decided to reserve a hotel for one night (3 rooms). The hotel was nice, clean, and super comfortable. Great amenities with early breakfast for the runners. The valet personnel were very nice and helpful. The only issue that I encountered at the hotel was with the lady that checked me in. She was rude and unprofessional, she clearly had no customer service training. She was such a horrible experience that I will definitely not be returning next year to this hotel. Upon check out the new personnel was great! I would recommend this hotel with the exception of the one horrible receptionist.
