We reserved a room for 4 people. When we arrived to the hotel, we were told with no empathy that there were no rooms available to align with our reservation. Then the front desk staff went to tell us that hotels are like planes and that they over book rooms. It was 11pm and our children were exhausted. It was very frustrating. After some tense dialogue the front manager told us to wait until they made a room available to us.

I booked 2 rooms for a family visit. The hotel is relatively clean but the service was terrible. Our bath was out of all washing liquids and no one was answering the housekeeping phone or any other extensions. We had to go to the front desk multiple times and it took them 24 hrs to get us some shampoo and clean towels in one of the rooms. In the other room, we had a malfunctioning mini-bar and they were kind enough to offer us a $35 credit. Last point to keep in mind when you book: The only parking option you have with this hotel is $50/day valet. There is no self-parking within the facility. However, there is a public garage across the street.

Wants to be a boutique hotel, but everything is a little scuffed up and staff were not engaged. Rooftop pool was a bit of a scene—and an odd mash-up of drunk frat boys, a bachelorette party, couples making out, and young families. Price was great but I wouldn’t stay again.
