The agent at the front desk, Toyin, ignored several people waiting in line to check-in while she circulated through the lobby handing out toys from a treasure chest to children. There were not enough agents at the check-in desk. The restaurant staff and food were wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Access to the airport was very convenient.

This hotel is in the airport making it the most convenient for layovers or canceled flights as well as the most expensive. At 11pm there was a long line for checking in with only one staff member at the front desk. A second front desk person was checking in flight crews only. The bar/restaurant stops serving at that time so I sent my family member over to order while I waited in line 30 minutes to check in. The staff member was polite and efficient once I made it up there.

Stayed with my kids for an overnight flight layover. The room was clean and comfortable and the person who checked us in was super nice and helpful.

The convenience to the airport was fantastic. It landed me at least an extra 1.5 hours of sleep in saved travel time getting to the airport in order to catch my flight in the morning. The bed and pillows were phenomenal. I slept like a baby. The TV had all the channels I wanted to watch.

Like the proximity to the airport. Room itself was nice and suites our needs as a family of four. The staff at breakfast were exceptional. The reception staff seem to take ages with each customer which gets frustrating. Room service is non existent as they don’t answer the phone. Stayed here on two occasions and had to go downstairs to order food both times

Booked as a family of 4 and was given one king bed. Called front desk and they managed to bring us a cot, but one of us slept on the floor.
