Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-DFW Airport N-Grapevine

The hotel staff was AMAZING. We were greeted every time we walked in the door by someone totally willing to help us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was just OK but my kids loved the waffle maker. There are no ice machines on the floors. If you want ice, you have to ask the front desk and they will send you to the kitchen where breakfast is made. The rooms are clean and there is plenty of shampoo and toiletries. The beds need to be replaced. The beds are lower and higher in places. My sister stayed in another room and her bed was worse than ours. A simple replacement of the beds would solve this problem. The pool is nice and indoor and the hot tub is nice. There was some trash left by the hot tub that was cleaned by the next day. There is a basketball hoop and a gazebo which was fun. The location was perfect. It is in an area with tons of other hotels and near the Grapevine Mills Mall which is great.

It was a great stay. The hotel location is perfect. It was spacious and clean. Check-in was seamless. The pool and the outside basketball area was a good time for the kids and we enjoyed a good breakfast.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms! Family/kid friendly with a great indoor pool and hot tub. 5 minute walk to the mall (with Lego Land, Aquarium, restaurants, shopping, arcade, etc.). We would definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and definitely had those good family values. They were helpful and patient and they made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and breakfast was fresh and the ladies serving breakfast were very diligent about replacing whatever was gone. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

We had a two bedroom suite for a family of four. Plenty of space and very convenient location to everything. Room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and was not clean. The price was cheap and we only stayed two nights. The place can use some remodeling and deep cleaning.

The gentleman met us outside and helped me bring my stuff in so I could hold my toddler’s. They were super polite and welcoming.

Myself as well as other families were put on the old, rundown side of the hotel. The room had an awful smell like someone had smoked in there for years. There was blue painters tape on the smoke alarm. The thermostat was so off that two different times we came back to our room being over 85 degrees. I wish I would have had a way to confirm whether it was a queen bed as advertised or a full size. My kids always love sleeping on the pull out sofa, but it was the worst one ever. There was one extra blanket and one extra pillow, we had to go ask for more. We always stay around the Grapevine Mills mall and decided to try out this hotel, but NEVER again! Wish I would have paid the $100 extra and stayed at Great Wolf.

We are a family of 5 and went for a baseball tournament. We stayed in a suite with the kitchen. It allowed me to cook meals and not have to go out to eat for each meal. (I DID make easy things so I didn't have to spend my whole time cooking) Suite was spacious and had separate rooms when you needed space. I LOVED that they had full sized shampoo/conditioner/bodywash!!!! Three girls having to use tiny bottles is no fun. The staff was incredible, and the surrounding area had plenty to do in the downtime. We WILL stay here next time we have to go in the area.

Loved Alonso at the front desk. Service with a smile. Only negative was crazy busy pool and people who dont monitor their children.
