Perfect hotel for our family trip. It was overnight on our way to San Antonio.

Our stay here was good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The AC felt amazing and we all slept like babies. I didn’t get a chance to try to breakfast but my husband stated that it was good. Room was a decent price. Only thing is the elevators were not working and we had to carry everything upstairs to the second floor which was fine.

Both deadbolt in room nonfunctional. Lamp in room nonfunctional. TV not functional. Insufficient towels. Scratchy sheets. Body wash empty. Was told at check-in that we may have a late check out time at 2 o’clock. Was marked on our account. At noon our keys were deactivated and I had to walk back around the outside of the property with my kids and stand in the lobby soaking wet in our swimwear while talking to a very disgruntled employee at the front desk who seemed very annoyed that we had been given a 2 o’clock check out time, and noted that it was not logged into our account. Was very irritated to reactivate keys and give us the 2 o’clock check out time.Around 1:25 PM one of the hotel employees opened our door without knocking ( I could not deadbolt the door because it was nonfunctional) And I was standing in the room and only my undergarments for him to ask “are you checking out today?”
When we left the hotel before 2 o’clock for check out, no one at front desk. When we finally found somebody it was the disgruntled manager and he seemed unconcerned with complaints and said there was nothing we could do about it because we booked through Expedia. Very disappointed and highly dissatisfied!!! This property was rated 9/10 on Expedia… I would give it 3/10

I had a family emergency and I had to check in late. I called the hotel to let them know that I was going to be there but I was running late. They assured me that I had a room and they would hold it for me. I have a special needs daughter and I needed 2 queen beds. They gave my room to someone else and said that when I reserve a room through a third party that there are no guarantees. So why am I offered the different room choices? By doing this they disrespected me and your company. They gambled and gave somebody else our room thinking we wouldn’t show and we wouldn’t know the difference while still charging us for the room. I am extremely disappointed in this type of behavior and will no longer do business with this company. If you don’t do anything about this I will no longer do business with you because they evidently don’t respect your business either. I am completely dissatisfied with this as I paid for a nice stay and ended up sleeping on a cot!!

I don't know why this property got any bad reviews. We thought it was great. Very clean and a friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. Grandkids also loved the pool.

The elevators smelled bad - it was apparently hydraulic fluid that had been spilled in the elevator shaft. We were in a room for 6 but the air conditioning unit was right by the window so my sons who were sleeping on the pull out couch complained that it was too hot but if we turned the a/c up it blew far too cold for whoever was on the bed near the a/c unit.
We were in room 331 and whoever was above us had kids that were jumping off beds early in the morning and later in the evening. Thankfully we were gone all day.
The door between the bedroom and bathroom was a glass barn door - not private at all when 6 adults are sharing a room. Parents, 29yr old, 25yr old, 23yr old & 18yr old.
Wish hotels would provide a labeled recycling bin in the room.
Breakfast choices were great, staff were friendly and location was perfect for our needs.
Due to weather conditions our flights were delayed which meant we didn’t get to Ft Worth on Thursday night at 10pm as scheduled but arrived at noon on Friday. Because I had booked thru Hotels.com Springhills by Marriott wouldn’t give me a credit for the one night we weren’t there - disappointing 😔

Comfortable sleeping for five of us in one nice room. Great for families. Easy access, self parking, safe. Would definitely recommend. We had no concerns 4 days, 3 nights.

In town for baseball tournament in Melissa and this hotel was great. 10 minutes to baseball complex, 10 minutes to downtown McKinney and 10 minutes to TopGolf. Lots of great places to eat, shop and enjoy while in the area. Must visit downtown McKinney to see a beautiful, safe and family friendly shops and dining.

The sheet on my bed had a blood stain, the trundle bed was filthy, two lights in the room did not work, no shower soap was provided, when issues came up the clerk never answered the front desk phone. They moved us to another floor and the room had children above us that must have been jumping off the furniture. When asked the front desk to ask the to be quiet at 10:30pm, he was very hesitant and offered to move us to another room. And the uce machine in the first floor if the hotel did not work.
