I didn’t like that we had nowhere in the room to put our belongings. There weren’t any drawers for the four of us except 3 bins, one of which was broken, so only had 2 small pullout baskets for all our clothes. Not good for a family of four with 4 suitcases staying 5 days.

We were a bit worried when we booked the hotel just because we knew nothing about the area and were headed to a wedding within an hour of the time we checked in. We were pleasantly surprised as everything was clean, quite and the staff were helpful in answering our questions about the area. The next morning, we had the breakfast. I have never seen a hotel complimentary breakfast area set up so well and it was clean and organized. The staff were welcoming and you could see the pride that the lady over the area took in making sure that we had a fantastic breakfast experience. This was one of the best hotel experiences our family has ever had.

We saved money to take the kids to this hotel for one night so they could swim in the pool and use the hot tub. Both were closed and the door to the pool had caution tape wrapped around it. I asked if we could reschedule our stay or get a refund since that’s the only reason we were staying there, but they said no. I think they need to put a notification on their website whenever their pool/hot tub is closed so others don’t make the same mistake.

We have looked for a good hotel near family for several years and finally found it: Worth the money, clean, quiet, friendly, great breakfast that changes enough each morning to have something fresh, not overrun by stinky pets or sports teams that eat up all the protein at breakfast leaving nothing but carbs for others to eat, and best of all, for us, has a good choice of Blue Bell ice-cream pints for purchase! The only negative: itsy bitsy pillows, but we bring our own when we travel by car anyway! Now please don't overrun this place: We need to make reservations for our next trip!
