Traveled with family from Tyler,Tx to attend Santa's Wonderland last for the first time and enjoyed everything. My room was magnificent. The staff and condition of the hotel were wonderful. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Jose at the front desk deserves a ton of kudos. He was professional, polite and extremely helpful. Upon check-in, Jose discovered our reserved room had been given to someone else. He didn't know why. We had reserved a two-queen room for our family. Jose was able to get us a single king room with a pullout sofa bed. The sofa bed was horribly filthy and uncomfortable but Jose got us extra sheets and comforters to lay on the sofa bed to make it tolerable.

Second stay in Bryan for family and work in College Station. A great hotel with friendly staff, free breakfast with options, and convenient to campus.

Staff was very kind to my toddler during the visit! They do serve breakfast which was nice. They are still not offering the social afternoon snack time.
