Days Inn by Wyndham Bryan

Service was bad. I repeatedly reported, The room above me for kids bouncing basketballs and jumping day and night manager did nothing to fix the issue. We were unable to rest during the day or sleep at night till the kids stop playing.

Room was relatively clean. OK for the price. Breakfast is awful, but as expected for the price. Towels are pathetic. Right size for toddlers. Would stay again for the price.

We booked two rooms. The first room was for 3 nights. The second room was for 2 nights. We were able to get into our room fine. When other family members arrived the following night, the desk clerk said there was no record of the booking OR payment. It took several minutes to get a room key. We also had to go back in with paperwork to document that we had booked and PAID for the second room. It was disappointing...

Its not completed yet, but the guy at te desk that checked me in asked me if i smoked. I said yes, but i know not to smoke in the room. Then he kept saying over and over that he would charge me 250 dollars for incidental. I told him i was aware of the policy and that I would not smoke in the room. He continued to say it to the point i had to put a hold on my credit card in fear of him charging it without merit. All this time he was running my card for 58 more dollars. I had already paid through your site. Thats the first issue. I get to the room and they have the ac locked at 72. No need for detail on that. Next up i look over and the bed hasnt been made and the indentions from the last oeople were still in the pillows and mattress. I just gave up I threw a blanket over the loveseat and went to plug my phone in to charge it...no usb outlets. I should have just brought mine in with me. Back down to the truck. Came up passed out on loveseat. Place us a joke. Its like its run by jr high kids. Sorry jr high kids, i take that back. Overall it did have some pros...the ac worked at least. And no rain that day. So it was dry. Im not sure if it had critters yet as that takes time for incubation.

Generally clean , but noticed two soiled areas on woodwork. Glad to have clean fridge and microwave. Toilet seat was unusually low, like child sized.
