Our bathroom was disgusting. I was hoping I could upload the pics of the giant pubic/body hair on both the counter and the shower. Also, the pics online seemed to have 1 photo with 2 beds then a separate room with a foldout coach for the 3rd bed. However, the room was MUCH smaller and did not have a separate room. The lady said the only rooms they have with separate room areas only offers a king in one room and foldout in the separate room area. I was also told by the night staff AND manager that i would be getting a half off discount for my stay, and I have yet to see that in my bank account. At one point the manager told the night check in person that if I wasn't satisfied my kids and i (who had the unpacked quite a bit st this point and arrived there at 1am, and were exhausted) could find somwhere else to stay! Unbelievable

I don't know why there has to be a deposit for $20.00 just in case there is destruction to the room. My family knows better. Then the ridiculous
parking fee of $4.00. When you should be asking the state government for the money for parking problems and NOT from the customers. We are already spending TOO much money on the room for one night. We are NOt all rich in the state of Texas.

Perfect hotel for a getaway with my family. Felt very safe, rooms were clean and was beyond impressed with the staff service. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here.

This is a basic hotel with nice amenities for a family or for a longer stay. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher, with plates, cups, bowls, utensils etc. You can even ask the front desk for cooking pans and a portable cooktop. We had a king suite which was quite large; we were surprised by the size.
The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. Our original room assignment was on the second floor facing the freeway, which was noisy (though I'm sensitive because I'm a light sleeper). We were then moved to the fourth floor and it was nice and quiet.
The young lady at the front desk was very warm and accommodating when we asked to switch rooms.

My children loved staying there and it helped us to have the kitchen. Home2 is my preferred hotel.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast with good choices. Plenty of gathering space which was good for our family. Pool area was ok but a couple of umbrellas over tables on sun side would have been nice.

Friendly service; free parking and great complimentary breakfast; it left as a safe area around property; hotel is in great condition; easy check-in/out; suite room was large with a lot cabinets and having a sink with some silverware is a plus. Room has good insulation because we did not hear noise from other rooms when using bathroom (plumbing noise) or people chatting in the hallways. AC unit is not loud. Swimming pool is small and outdoor and is not heated. Overall, great family stay!

Normally home2suites are updated, clean and cozy. This particular one was none of those things. First the lobby is dark and they don’t even have the lights on over the front desk so it’s sketchy looking upon arrival. While walking to our room I noticed that the hallway had not been vacuumed as there was crumbs, visible dirt and what looked like paint chips. My room was worse! I wish I could post the pictures I took. One pillow had brown stains at the end and another pillow had black marks all over it. The sink faucet at the kitchenette sink was so loose that you could spin the faucet and handles 360 degrees. The couch had just as much dirt/debris as the hallway. The walls had stains and dirt on them and even the headboard and end tables had grease hand prints all over them. The shower had brown build up in the corners and on the soap dispenser. I tried to call the front desk regarding these issues, however, the phone in my room didn’t even work. I had to go downstairs with my 3 kids and she moved me to a new room with nothing more than a “sorry”. I was highly disappointed in the overall cleanliness and run down furniture and facility especially considering the price of $170 a night. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable, clean and updated hotel.
