This was our 1st time staying here. It was recommended by a friend. We enjoyed our day and I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Service in quality hotel was great nothing to complain about at all. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The front desk attendee/manager- Erkan and Shaina were very professional. We stayed at the property over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the staff tried their best to make everyone's stay comfortable while spending Christmas away from their families. One of the hotel guests showed up late for breakfast and was being rude to the hotel staff. I was impressed by Shaina's ability to handle the situation professionally and avoid altercations.

They were able to accommodate me and my family. Only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t service the room everyday or leave clean towels daily.

I like that there was tea and coffee always available, but i wish there had been milk or creamer available at any time other than morning as well. Also, thankfully most of the front desk people were kind enough to provide water bottles, it wouldve been nice to have a place to fill up bottles with something other than citrus water by the elevator (i couldnt use that to make my infant formula). The pool faciity was also kind of sad being so small and abutting the parking lot, also being outdoors we didnt have the warmest weather so we couldnt use it. Overall it was comfortable, and pretty accommodating and we enjoyed our visit.

Overall cleanliness of the hotel was amazing was not impressed with your housekeeping staff I believe on our second night, we asked for additional towels and coffee in our room did not happen on our third morning while leaving, we contacted the front desk and ask them if they would make sure that our room could be cleaned as we were in need of towels, coffee and trashcan to be emptied. Got in late that night room had not been touched, so not too impressed with housekeeping, do not know if we would ever return or recommend your facility to family and friends.
