The frint desk person was rude and not friendly. I had a family emergency and had to leave at 3 a.m. in the morning.

Location was close to stores and restaurants. Parking was plentiful. There was also a nicely stocked grab and go area inside where you could get food (microwavable entrees, snacks, and drinks). Aside from that the hotel was very much a letdown. I wasn't expecting luxury but I do expect a chain like this to be clean and properly maintained. Shower curtain was very dirty and had mildew/mold at the bottom, and was not heavy enough to keep water inside the tub. Water ended up seeping into the floor creating a hazard every time someone showered. Had to keep a few towels on the floor at all times. There was no microwave in the room, really inconvenient for families with children. If you're looking for bare basics then this place would likely work. I'd happily have paid a little more to stay elsewhere for a night.

Phones were out, so the many phone calls I made failed. Upon arrival, I was told they had no hot water, and I could go to another hotel if I wanted. However, I did not have time to change because I had a function in 30 minutes. It would have been courteous to send a text to notify me in advance. Staff was not friendly at all. I asked if my rates could be reduced, she said not. Usually Marriott is awesome. I come here on Christmas Eve fir a family gathering every here. I drive 4 hrs in inclimate conditions. I have stayed here before. The weather and lack of services are not their fault, but u expected a refund or at least a partial. I am very disappointed.

Beautiful property but unable to use gym, pool, or hot tub due to a ton of kids. It was loud. I can’t believe I spent that on a hotel with that much chaos! Kids climbing on furniture in public areas, ice cream all over elevator floors

We paid the extra dollar and stayed in a corner room and were really glad we did! The room was HUGE with a gorgeous view! The bed and pillows were amazing! We needed a night out away from the kiddos and this was perfect for what we needed. Only complaint would be that the doors slam really loudly so you could hear neighbors going in and out of their rooms all night. Other than that it was great! Will definitely stay again!

The hotel was very nice. The room was somewhat small for 2 adults. It was fairly clean as I found toys maybe from the previous guest's children??? But the front desk and cleaning staff was nice, courtesy and very helpful!!

My family and I were greeted politely by the front desk staff member when we arrived. The hotel lobby was clean but we were never told about any amenities on the property or check in/out times or who to contact if we needed anything. They check us in gave us our key and sent us on our way. The room was nice and clean looking however the sliding door for the bathroom was broken and dirty near the handle. We did need more towels and called down to the front desk for some, they advised us yo come downstairs to get them because no one was available to bring them. Once we got done to the front T desk we were told they do not have any towels left for the night and if we asked for them earlier in the day we could have gotten them then. (RUDE) Overall, the stay was ok but I do not think we will return to this location.
