The fridge and food storage area needs cleaned better
Other then that is was clean
There was ants in my room my 6 month old baby woke up I put her in her seat and 3 baby ants was crawling on her leg
There was other ants big and little thru out the room I cleaned everything trying to find the source the source of the ants are not in room 319 so they must be a nest somewhere around the 3 or 2 second floor I’m guessing
The staff was very nice and friendly you have a good team of people working we appreciated all the love we was visiting from Ohio and Cali

Very good hotel. Convenient for our visit with our family. This is the second time we stayed at this location and it is very convenient to all things Memphis.

I called ahead for an early check in due to my father's family visitation being moved up. It sounded like there would be no problem but when I artived, the clerk said they had zero rooms cleaned. I found that hard to believe. The cleaning staff always gretted us but the floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned.

It was convenient for me as it was close to the Memorial Gardens Cemetery (where my family is buried) many places to eat close by, easy to get downtown and out east from this area. Close to I-240 but not close enough to hear the traffic. I'll stay here again.

The breakfast that was included which we were there at 9 am. There was know more cereal for the kids, they were out. The pastries they didn't have anymore. The milk was empty, had to ask for more milk even though they had a lady making sure everything was refilled. We made toast but out of butter, only choice of jelly was grape out of strawberry. On are eight day trip with grand kids this was to be the highest rated hotel, but it was the lowest.

Rooms were really tiny for a family of 5. I'm glad we only had one night there.

wow, for the price and reviews we expected better. I am a hilton honors member & this hotel definitely is not up to Hilton standards. The pool as green, cloudy and so disgusting. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool & there was no way out kids could swim in that muck.
As soon as we walked into the room it had a terrible, humid, moldy smell that was so funky we all got a headache.
The airconditioner didn’t work at all - when we tried to adjust the temperature, the buttons would work. it said it was on 62 degrees, but it was hot in the room like at 75degrees (which made the smell worse).
WOW - we left there stunned that we had to pay so much for such a mediocre experience.

We have stayed at other Hampton Inns and this was not our favorite. The beds were doubles, not queens, and they were not comfortable. Kept slipping off the bed frame with normal use. The bathroom sink, though newly renovated, was very high and I had a hard time leaning over it to wash my face and brush my teeth-so did my kids. We asked for extra towels and was told there were none. We asked for a shower cap and was also told there were none. The air conditioner did not work well in our room and if you took a shower, the room got very warm and took several hours to cool down. The room itself was very small. The location was good with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I felt safe in the neighborhood as well.

This hotel has everything that you'd expect for mid-rung Hilton family hotel in an older part of Memphis.
It wasn't anything spectacular, and the "fitness center" leaves something to be desired - but for the price / location, it serves it's purpose.
