Great stay for the family.

Enjoyed our stay at Laquinta. Ice cold room was nice, slept like a baby.

Room pros: bed was comfortable every night, shower was great after park days, and food options were close and I could use the microwave to heat everything up! 2 cons: kids were in rooms beside my room and stomping/jumping around which was extremely annoying, and one day there was a storm and the window of the room had water leaking INTO the room (this was a safety hazard near the ac (electrocution or power short). I saw a puddle of water on top of ac when I got back from park and the staff were nice to move me to another room with no issues (after I mentioned what I saw). The hotel needs to caulk and seal each window so in future, the next guests don’t experience what I did. Around hotel there are plenty of entertainment options which was great and I was close to DollyWood (for roller coasters of course)! Planning another getaway like this for next year and plan to do at least 5 days, cause my last trip got rained out few times. It happens-rain is rain. Just don’t like it when it ruins my trip!

In all areas I was well pleased. This will be where I stay when I return, and our family comes quite often. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff super nice.

It was okay for a one night stay. The room was a little dark, even with the lights on. The breakfast was nice, from scrabbled eggs and potatoes to waffles with all the fixings. Stayed with family.

Great place to stay with family. Convenient location to a lot of wonderful attractions.

We are a family of 4. Two adults and two teenagers. Our room had a king bed and 2 queen beds. This allowed us to have plenty of space and comfort. Very clean and friendly staff. We will book again in the future.

This is a pet hotel. Dogs were in almost every single room in this hotel and you could hear barks at night and throughout the day. If you have kids stay away from this hotel. After this experience I will never book another room at any LaQuinta hotel.

Overall, the room and bathroom were clean and the attendant in the breakfast area was very attentive to making sure everything was well stocked and cleaned. However, those are about the only positives. When we first got in the room and pulled back the covers on the bed, it was obvious the sheets had not been changed from the previous occupants. The fitted sheets in both beds were dirty and wrinkled like they had already been slept on. When we called the front desk and asked for the sheets to be changed, he brought us one set of sheets and handed them to us for us to change ourselves. We then had to make 2 more requests for sheets for the other bed and the rest of the bedding so we could put clean bedding on our beds. The shower curtain leaked making water spray all over the bathroom floor and the tub barely drained. The air barely worked and the room was so humid that everything in the room felt damp including the carpet. The remote for the TV barely worked, and several times the TV got stuck on less than appropriate channels for our children while flipping through. Our room was also directly above the covered carport area, so no matter how much we adjusted the blackout curtains, the extremely bright carport lights still shined into our room. There was also construction going on in the neighboring lot which woke us up at 4 am. I’m thankful the room itself, as well as the hotel in general were clean, but also very thankful we only had to stay here for one night.
