We came to Pigeon Forge to meet up with family and decided to stay a night and we’re so glad we made the choice to stay here! The rooms were very clean! Beds were very comfortable had a great night sleep! The shower had amazing water pressure! We will definitely stay here again!

This property was a fantastic value. The rooms were recently updated and were really comfortable. Huge mini fridge. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were nicely maintained and have assist equipment for disabled pool access. Lots of families there and yet it was really quiet. We'd definitely stay there again.

The room was nice and clean. We booked the family room and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff was friendly during check-in. My family enjoyed the pool areas. The hotel is in close proximity to many fun activities for families. The breakfast selection was pretty good. Parking was a bit of an obstacle, but nothing major. I would definitely bring my family back.

Short weekend trip but nice stay this hotel is always clean and family friendly. We’ve stayed several times at the Best Western Toni Inn Pigeon Forge.

Convienant location for food and activities. Pool was great. Bed was hard and had a plastic under the sheets like you use on a toddler bed and the pillows were very flat. Adjoining room doors have gaps all the way around such that you hear every sound of your neighbors. Toilet was not level or sealed down so every time you sat on it it clanked on the floor. Felt more like a motel 6 than a Best Western.

Very family friendly, clean, and well maintained. Best part is the location everything is within walking distance. Indoor pool was great for the kids since most places closed by 9pm. We would definitely book again.

The room was very clean! Easy check in and out. The pool was clean and the kids loved it! There’s a Texas Roadhouse right next door and that was very convenient and Dixie stampede is right across the road!
