Best Western Plaza Inn

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the sink backing up when we first arrived, the head cleaner came back and fixed the issue right away. The floors were dirty, my toddlers feet were black… you may want to wear slippers or flip flops if you stay here. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a great trip with family. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated! The pool area was clean and the towels were well stocked. Breakfast was pretty good but I wish there was a variety of foods instead of the same thing every day. The front desk and hospitality staff were very welcoming and helpful! Would highly recommend this property on the main strip of Pigeon Forge next to the Dolly Parton Stampede and near mini golf, go karts, and lots of restaurants!

We love how accommodating they were and when we told them we needed to stay an extra night they took care of it right away and it was nice that we didn’t have to change rooms. My kids absolutely loved all 3 pools, the staff was friendly, and the room was great. The next time we’re in the area we will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here! Very pleasantly surprised. There are three pools that my kids loved. The beds were sooo comfortable! The staff was friend helpful. I have no complaints.

On arrival check-in was fast. Staff were very thorough and nice but I would not say overly friendly or welcoming. This is a pretty large hotel with several buildings. I chose a jacuzzi suite and was glad I did. The building I was in was very quiet and located in the back. The room for the most part was clean but it was carpeted which, to me, is just a huge germ catcher and gave the room an underlying musty odor. The furniture was dated and pieced together. The location was great though. Close enough to walk to get food, gifts, etc. We were able to park fairly close to our room. I would stay again based off of this. If your with kids there are several pools from what I could see and its right next door to a mini-golf. Overall it was a good place to stay. I was kind of surprised there was no transportation back and forth to Dollywood being it was only a couple miles away.

Photos are a bit deceiving but the hotel is very nice. Not as big as it looks in photos. Very clean and comfortable. Great for families with kids. My sister and I had a quiet room away from large groups. We would come back here.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part, the price was fair, the pools were great and the location was nice and convenient to local restaurants and activities. Right on the strip. The only complaints were that the room could have been more clean for sure, but we did come during a holiday weekend. The breakfast area smelled horrible and no one in my family would even eat the food. Also most of the ice and vending machines we're down but other than those things it was a great stay.

I loved that it had 3 pool options, and it has a small pool for my toddlers. Has a nice little breakfast, rooms were clean, and walking distance to a few places. We will be back our next visit!
