We arrived at the property and everything was great. The valet helped us with luggage and then Chris at the front desk helped give us family friendly recommendations for a dinner place. We were traveling as a family of 3 with a 1 year old. Unfortunately the pack and play they sent to the room was not working. I was surprised at how helpful Chris was to help us come up with a resolution he truly went above and beyond and that made all the difference. The hotel was nice, clean, bathrooms were very modern and bed was comfortable. Walkable part of town and parking was close and convenient.
