Up to date furnishing but not enough towels and washcloths for a suite. I asked housekeeper for an extra bag for my baby diapers and she said no.

No housekeeping, room did not appear clean enough, not stocked well with items that supposed to be there. Asked to make the couch for sleeping for my child - was given sheets and blanket - no service

Hotel was Ok. My family prefers a handle shower and most American hotels do not provide that. Wall showers do not wash the body that well. The shower was weird because only half of the shower had a glass. There was no sliding glass door. Front desk service was not as welcoming but OK.

Check in was a hassle! I was visiting family and friends in Rhode Island for a few weeks. A friend made reservations at the Residence and prepaid for 6 days and forwarded me the confirmation email. When I arrived the front I provided the man at the front desk my confirmation number but he was unable to find my reservation. He went on to say that I needed a credit card to check in because he couldn’t find my reservation. It was a little after 9pm and the friend that made the reservation was asleep but I had no choice but to call him to see if he could help. He answered and asked to speak to the man at the front desk. The man refused to speak to him?! My friend asked if there was a manager on duty? The man responded that he was “the manager” and again refused to speak to him!? My friend left his house to drive the 15 minutes from his home to help me get checked in. About 10 minutes later the man at the front desk (manager) found my reservation. My friend had made the reservation under my “married” name. I called my friend as he was driving and explained what had happened. I cannot believe this couldn’t have been rectified if the manager had just spoken to my friend!? I also don’t understand why he couldn’t figure it out when I provided my confirmation number and my name!? My first name hasn’t changed! This snowballed into a problem for my friend as well due to him leaving the house and getting into an accident on the way home when a car ran a stop sign and hit him! Thanks!!!
