My family enjoyed it quite well. I booked two rooms and the room service was great. The hotel is beautiful, especially from what I heard that during the holidays. They have a huge Christmas tree in the lobby. Well, respected hotel employees. They greet you when you go out and they greet you when you come back.

NOT kid-friendly. Every surface in the room is covered with a glass plate, that's either cracked or old or chipped at the edges. Mid kids frequently tore their skin while passing by or trying to climb on the bed. Room service personnel was fantastic, the rest was meh

Loved our stay. first riom we had with two walls of windows. wonderful corner room with beautiful views. I am assuming after a tril to Boston, Massachsetts and now Providence, Rhode Island that there is no such thing as vents in the bathrooms. Was a bigger deal in Boston but not here. Lovely large bathroom but the downside to the barhroom was the sink. While a very lovely bathroom the sink was less than a legal size paper and too high for us shorter people and the bowl was in center of the vanity too with water oressure way too harf for the small sink so the vanity too was immediately flooded from the pressure and from the use. My chest and stomach had to lean and rest knto the bowl to reach the water and somehow contain the amount of water clming out to the top and to the floor. So usually I was wet myself after using it. I still give it 5 stars because maybe there aren’t too many 5’3” and below guests but when you consider the kids maybe a small stepstool that folds up out of the way, wider sink bowls during next renovation and less pressure to prevent the waterwaste. Not sure why such a nice hotel offered a mini fridge but no microwave but I am assuming that may be the way in the northern states. Chime in someone if I am wrong.

I traveled with my husband and my baby so I booked a room with two beds when we got there they didn’t have any room with two beds available so they upgraded ours. It was ok but we didn’t sleep very well considering we had to share the bed with the baby. There was no microwave in the room and I would need it to sterilize baby bottles. I booked the room at Omni because it says they have a swimming pool but it is closed permanently. Please update the advertisement then.

We stayed in the West tower which I thought was the newer one. Our tub did not stay plugged for the kids to take a bath, the bath faucet was falling off the wall. When you ran the water in the tub there were black specs

Overall rather disappointing, the check-in was very slow as only 1 person was working and considering she just handed us the key (no welcoming or additional info etc.). The room was fine, but the coffee maker didn't work and I had asked for a replacement which they brought only after I asked about it a 2nd time. In the middle of the night the AC must have been auto controlled by the hotel, as it turned off and remained off for hours, it was stuffy, humid and hot, we had to call the service desk. While they did send someone at 3AM he was not able to "fix" it, but kept saying it's on auto, (which we could not adjust nor make it cooler). So we did not sleep all night as it was too hot. In the morning the AC did start again, but we could hear all the noise from the hallway, (the usual slamming doors, conversations from staff and guests, kids etc.). Walls are thin. Nothing special about this hotel as I thought it was supposed to be fancy and elite.

I stayed at the Omni July 26-July 30, 2023. There was construction on the highway, noisy neighbors, and motorcycles and cars were revving their engines until late hours of the night. I purchased coffee at Morsel's on July 29th and was returning to my room using the elevator, the elevator door closed on my hand crushing my hand and my coffee cup. Hot coffee went everywhere, burning my hand. My hand was bruised and very sore. A hotel guest tried to pull the door open but it wouldn't budge. I had to pull my hand hard to get it out of the door. I told the cafe, they called someone. The man that came to the elevator was only concerned with cleaning up the coffee. I told him I was the one the door had closed on. He didn't ask me if I was okay, he just said "uh huh" and turned away from me. I was disgusted by this. If I were a child, I would have lost my hand. The sensors on the elevator are not to code and can/will hurt someone. I will not stay there again.

The only reason why my stay was bad, is because I was woken up by this baby blue Lamborghini parked out front that kept revving the engine at 3/4’oclock in the morning. So I know the soundproofing of the building was poorly constructed
